This Is Where It All Clicks
Vaidika Dharma: 100hr Training
A 100-Hour Journey for Yoga Teachers Ready to Discover Their Purpose, Integrate Ancient Wisdom with Sacred Business, and Build an Abundant, Dharmic Career
Does This Resonate?
You’re teaching yoga because you love it. But the reality? You’re exhausted. You’re teaching 15, 20, maybe 24 classes a week just to pay your bills. Your body hurts. Your voice is tired. And the dream of “living your yoga” feels further away than ever.
Or maybe you’re stuck, teaching the same classes week after week, feeling like you’ve lost your inspiration. You wonder, “Is this really all there is? Am I going to teach the same vinyasa flow for the rest of my life?”
Perhaps you struggle with the money conversation. You know you need to earn more to sustain yourself, but every time you think about “selling” or “marketing,” you feel resistance. “Isn’t yoga supposed to be about service? Can I fill my classes if I charge what I’m worth?”
Beneath all of it, there’s a deeper question: “What is my purpose? What am I actually here to do?” You became a yoga teacher because you felt called, but now you’re just… surviving. Not thriving. Not leading or living the life you envision.
You know there’s more for you. You just can’t see the path forward.
You need clarity. You need tools. You need to understand how to build a sustainable, abundant career whilst feeling absolutely motivated and inspired for more! You need to refine your purpose – and how to turn it into a life that actually works.
I've Been Where You Are
Just recently after landing in Bali and teaching in a Yoga Training, I split from my son’s father… I was a single mother, a yoga teacher, and completely lost. I felt absolutely terrified. I decided to stay in Bali. I was earning too little, and had no idea how to build a sustainable life whilst being a breastfeeding mom. … my wallet was absolutely empty from all I had to pay to rebuild my life, and I had nowhere to go.
In this time, I too, felt a resistance around business. “Am I supposed to market myself? Isn’t that… not yogic?” I was stuck between my spiritual values and my very real need to support myself and my child.
That’s when Vedanta gave me the answer I’d been searching for: Dharma. Universal values. The understanding that when you protect Dharma, Dharma protects you. That building abundance while serving others isn’t contradictory – it’s actually the path. If i needed to sustain my little one, there was no choice for me. I went all in.
In over 16 years of study with my teacher Swami Vagishananda Saraswati, I learned that purpose isn’t something you find – it’s something you clarify by understanding your unique truth, and learning how to polish a clear and firm intention. Sacred business isn’t about selling out – it’s about creating value to people that need it. Value that truly matters.
Vaidika Dharma was created from this realization: You can be spiritually aligned AND financially abundant. You can teach less AND earn more. You can build your empire with integrity and share the abundance that arrives with your loved ones and all who touch your life.
Vaidika Dharma: Ancient Wisdom Meets Sacred Business
Most yoga trainings teach you asana and “philosophy”. Maybe some basic business tips tacked on at the end. But they never integrate the two. Spirituality stays over here. Business stays over there. And you’re left confused about how to actually build a life.
Vaidika Dharma is different.
Here, we weave together the deepest teachings of Vedanta – the ancient wisdom on Non-Dualism with the practical business skills you need to build a sustainable and thriving career… This is for those who wish to live in purpose (Dharma), through Knowledge (Jnāna) and ultimately attain Self-liberation (Mokṣa). This is a quest to learn how to play the game of māyā (this apparent reality) with dispassion, and yet with true desire and motivation to make this world a better place.
This is where teachers come and say: “Everything just clicked.”
What Makes Vaidika Dharma Different:
1. Deep Vedic Teachings - Made Practical
Study authentic Advaita Vedanta from teachers trained in the lineage of Swami Dayananda Saraswati. Learn about Moksha (freedom), Dharma (universal values), Karma Yoga (right attitude), Bhakti (devotion), and Self-knowledge (Jnāna) – not as abstract concepts, but as tools for living and leading your life with clarity and purpose.
2. Purpose Clarification
Through guided self-inquiry, value clarification, and talent-stacking exercises, you’ll discover your unique Dharma – what you’re here to offer. No more guessing. No more confusion. Just clarity.
3. Sacred Business Integration
Learn the practical skills: how to create retreats and workshops that sell out, how to price your offerings with integrity, how to market without feeling icky, how to build a sustainable income stream. Business and spirituality, finally integrated.
4. The "Work Less, Earn More" Mindset
Discover how to create offerings that honor your time and energy. Learn to teach the right amount of classes a week while earning more than you do now. Build your empire without burning out.
Address the blocks that keep you small – fear, scarcity mindset, self-worth issues – so you can step into dharmic leadership.
5. Ritual & Devotion Practices
Learn pūjā (ritual worship), mantra meditation, Sanskrit pronunciation, and how to create sacred altars. Ground your business in devotion – invoke grace for your work, and bring the power of prayerful and clear intentions to your projects, and how it all impacts the life of your students.
This isn’t just another business training, or another “philosophy” training.
It’s the integration you’ve been searching for. This is where it all clicks.

Sara's Story: From Burnout to Building Her Empire
Sara came to SōHA feeling stuck. She was teaching too many classes, not earning enough, and didn’t know how to build a sustainable career. She felt small, like “just a yoga teacher.”
Then she took Vaidika Dharma.
“Vaidika was very business-focused and practical, but it was also deeply spiritual. Everything was integrated in a way I’d never experienced before.
I remember me and Alina saying, ‘Everything just clicked and made sense.’ We understood how to build businesses that honored our values. How to price our work. How to create retreats that actually sell.
I went from feeling like ‘just a yoga teacher’ to seeing myself as a business owner. Now I’m confidently selling out my own international retreats. I work less, I earn more, and I’m living the life I always dreamed of.
Vaidika changed everything. It gave me clarity, confidence, and the practical tools to actually build my dharmic career.”

Our Teachers / Our Lineage
A Glimpse of Greatness Swami Dayananda Saraswati
Bhagavad Gita and the ten principal Upanishads as commented upon by Adi Shankaracharya. These and selected ancillary texts are analysed and taught along with Sanskrit grammar in the Paninian style. Vedic chanting is also taught during courses. Based entirely on the traditional insight of great sages, yet contemporary in his approach, Swami Dayananda continuously adapts his teaching style to ensure that the vision of Vedanta is clearly communicated and relevant to the needs of the modern world. Impeccable logic, brilliant analysis, erudition, precise use of language, together with a child-like sense of humour, make him the greatest living master of Traditional Advaita Vedanta. more on Pujya Swami Dayananda here: http://www.advaita.org.uk/
Swami Vagishananda is a senior disciple of Swami Dayananda Saraswati and has been studying and teaching Vedanta and Vedic Chanting for the past 35 years. When Swamiji was in his teens he was fascinated with mystical poetry and non-dual philosophies. Once being accepted to a traditional course of study with Shree Swami Dayananda Saraswati in 1975 at the age of 19, he left college and went to India. He graduated from an intensive 3-year residential course in Vedanta Sanskrit and Vedic chanting. During this period he studied all Major Upanishads, Bhagavadgitaa , Brahma Sutras, Sanskrit Paniniya Grammar and Shiksaa Phonetics, one on one with Vedic Pandits practiced Sri Rudra Prasnam (the most revered and exalted Vedic prayer) and the main Vedic Suktas Mantras and Upanishads in the traditional manner, under Swami Paramarthananda, a fellow student and master of Vedic Chanting. Later While living and teaching in a Hindu temple in Flint Michigan he was blessed with daily private classes in Sanskrit phonetics and advanced chanting for two years under the renowned Vedic pandit Ganapathigal Ravichandran Aiyar. Perfecting the South Indian Krsna Yajur Vedic style of his Guru he was given formal permission to teach all that he has learned. He was a staff member in the four subsequent 3 year courses taught by Swami Dayananda in the United States and India in which he taught Vedic chanting to the resident students, serving his teacher in many and varied ways he continued studying and teaching Sanskrit and advanced Vedanta texts.
Over the years he has traveled extensively and conducted many children’s camps, adult seminars, and Vedanta classes in the United States, Canada, England, Australia and Brazil. He is a master of the Sanskrit language and an accomplished teacher of Vedanta in the traditional methodology called Sampradaaya. He has imbibed and assimilated many qualities of his Revered Guru, which manifest in his person and reflect in his teaching style.
Radha (Carol Whitfield Ph.D.) studied Advaita Vedanta and Sanskrit with Swami Dayananda Saraswati in India during the 1970’s. Since returning from India, she has taught Vedanta extensively on both coasts. She is a university professor and a Jungian-oriented clinical psychologist. She now teaches Vedanta in Berkeley California.
Radhaji is a faculty member at the California Institute of Integral Studies for the East-West Psychology Department. She is a Jungian-oriented clinical psychologist and has a private practice in Berkeley, California.
The way in which she unfolds this timeless self-knowledge is exquisite. Easy to understand without compromising with the tradition and you can feel when you sit in her presence that she taps into a vast ocean of clarity and wisdom that really conveys to you the core of what all yoga really is about.
To balance the strong teaching classes she also invites us into profound guided meditations where your inner child gets to relax and feel nourished.
Her life-long experience in the field of Jungian psychology is a true blessing that grounds the teachings and makes them possible to integrate in a whole new way.
