Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment by Candela Hospitality.
All accommodation bookings are contracted directly between the participant and Candela Hospitality through Candela’s booking platform.
All accommodation reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
All payment processing fees, bank charges, exchange fees, and transfer costs remain the responsibility of the participant.
Until August 21, 2026 – All accommodation payments made on or before August 21, 2026 are fully refundable.
August 22 – October 21, 2026 – Accommodation payments become refundable only if the reserved accommodation can be successfully resold and replaced by another participant approved by Candela Hospitality and SōHA.
October 22, 2026 Through Arrival – If the accommodation is successfully resold and replaced, up to 100% of the amount paid may be refunded. If the accommodation cannot be resold, the amount paid may be converted into a credit valid for twelve (12) months toward future Candela stays or eligible retreats, subject to availability.

Accommodation reservations may be transferred to another participant subject to prior written approval by Candela Hospitality and SōHA.
Candela Hospitality and SōHA reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to schedules, activities, facilitators, experiences, venues, or the general itinerary when necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Such modifications do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Neither Candela Hospitality nor SōHA shall be responsible for delays, interruptions, modifications, or cancellations caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
In such circumstances, the parties will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative dates, credits, or rescheduling options.
Any refund requests shall be evaluated based upon recoverable costs and commitments already incurred.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically, emotionally, and medically fit to participate in retreat activities.
Participants must disclose any relevant allergies, medical conditions, injuries, dietary restrictions, or health concerns prior to arrival.
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel, health, and personal insurance coverage.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guests, facilitators, staff, property, and the natural environment.
Candela Hospitality and SōHA reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is aggressive, dangerous, disruptive, illegal, harassing, or abusive without refund.
All participants must sign Candela Hospitality’s Release and Liability Waiver upon arrival as a condition of check-in.
Payment of any amount toward accommodation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
