TERMS & CONDITIONS - Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances change. We want to support you as best we can while keeping the integrity of our training programs.

  • Medical or Accident-Related Cancellations:
    If you are unable to attend due to health reasons, accident, or injury, we can offer a full tuition refund minus a $500 training deposit, or you may choose to apply this deposit as credit toward any future SōHA training within 2 years. A specialized doctor’s note is required, clearly explaining the accident, injury, or health condition and how it prevents you from attending the training.
  • Cancellations Within 30 Days of Training Commencement:
    For cancellations made within 30 days of the training start date, we are unfortunately unable to offer any refunds, even in the case of accident, injury, or illness. However, we are happy to offer a credit, less the $500 deposit toward a future training within 2 years, either in-person or online, so you can join us when the timing is right.
  • Accommodation Bookings:
    For trainings that include accommodation, the venue’s own refund and cancellation policy applies. Please check directly with the venue regarding any accommodation-related cancellations or refunds.
  • Other Payments:
    All other payments are considered a commitment to your training and are non-refundable.
